The Southbridge Community HOA has launched this new website in an effort to share information and gather feedback from the membership. We see a tremendous opportunity to have more transparency with the happenings in our HOA and community.
To take full advantage of the entire website you MUST create your own unique user id and password so that you have full access to all the site content. You will be asked to provide your name, address and email in the registration process. The board will use this information to verify that members only are registering as well as for distributing information to you via email. vice. You must log in to the site each time you visit to have full functionality that includes communication to the Board via the CONTACTS TAB or to email registered HOA Members.
Check the site frequently over the coming weeks as we look at ways to expand the functionality of the website and content. Feel free to send your comments and suggestions to the board for consideration.

CP Swimming pool is open to All HOA members

10-2pm Pool open with Games at the CP fields: Frisbee, Field Goal Kicking, water balloons...Food: FREE snow cones & Cotton Candy, Free Watermelon slices with Lunch! We will be BBQing pork, burgers, veggie burgers and hotdogs. Food will be for sale at very low prices and proceeds go to charity.
